no999 Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing or using the no999 website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create an account.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and no999. They apply to all activities on the platform including account registration, deposits, placing bets, using promotions, withdrawing funds and communicating with our support team. Using the platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms.

To register and use no999 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful for you personally.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list — whether set through no999 itself or any other responsible gaming register you have joined.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

no999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory verification is not provided within a reasonable time, the account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. This is a standard measure to protect younger users and is applied consistently.

3.1 Registration

You may hold only one account on no999. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names or details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false details — including a false name, false date of birth or someone else's payment details — is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. no999 will never ask you for your password by email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. no999 cannot be held responsible for losses that result from you sharing your credentials or failing to keep them safe.

3.3 Account Verification

no999 may at any time ask you to verify your identity, age or payment methods before processing withdrawals or continuing to accept bets. Verification documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or statement from the payment method used to deposit. Accounts that do not complete verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal access paused.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any settled positive balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts under active review for suspected fraud or rule violation may not be eligible for immediate closure until the review is complete.

All deposits on no999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversion steps — your balance, your stakes and your winnings are all in the same currency you deposit. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your no999 balance quickly after confirmation, though bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• Only deposit from a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your name.
• no999 does not accept deposits from third parties on your behalf.
• If a deposit is made from a method not in your name, the deposit may be reversed and the account flagged for review.
• Deposit limits can be set voluntarily through account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original deposit method is no longer active, contact support before requesting a withdrawal so the correct alternative can be verified.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional working days depending on your bank. no999 aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, though during high-volume periods such as PSL playoffs, processing may take slightly longer.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals are only available on settled, cleared funds — pending bets cannot be withdrawn.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of that process.
• If a bonus was applied to your account, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus portion of your balance can be withdrawn.
• no999 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large withdrawal requests. This does not affect your entitlement to your funds — it is a routine due diligence measure.

All bets placed on no999 are subject to the platform's betting rules. Odds displayed at the time you confirm a bet are the odds that apply to that bet — any subsequent movement in odds does not affect a confirmed wager. Bet slips show your stake, the odds and your potential return clearly before you confirm.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

no999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit a pricing error, bets placed after the relevant event has effectively concluded, or bets from accounts under review. You will be notified if a bet is voided and your stake will be returned.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are shown on the bet slip. no999 may adjust individual account stake limits where unusual betting patterns are identified. This is a standard risk management measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part unless otherwise communicated.

6.3 Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed for the relevant event. For cricket, this includes PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, T20 competitions and all other listed events. In the case of a disputed result or event abandonment, no999 will apply market-specific settlement rules which are detailed in the individual sport rules section of the platform.

6.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If odds or market information is clearly and demonstrably incorrect due to a technical error, no999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Bets that appear to have been placed with knowledge of a pricing error may be voided without return of stake pending a review.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. All legs must win for the bet to pay out at the combined odds. If one leg is voided (for example due to event abandonment), the accumulator is recalculated without that leg and pays out at the reduced odds of the remaining legs.

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket, football and other markets. In-play odds change rapidly in response to match events. By placing a live bet, you accept the odds at the exact moment of confirmation — there is no grace period during which you can cancel a confirmed live bet.

Due to the fast-moving nature of live markets, there may occasionally be a brief delay between an event occurring (such as a wicket falling) and the market being suspended. no999 reserves the right to void bets that are clearly placed after the outcome of a market is effectively known, even if the market was technically still open at the time of placement.

no999 offers promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and tournament-specific offers tied to events like PSL and international cricket. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds and validity periods are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity or abuse of promotional systems will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• no999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in, your existing bonus balance will remain subject to the terms in place at the time you opted in.
• Free bets, where offered, have no cash value and winnings from free bets are credited as real money after the wager settles.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on no999 and may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account or registering under false details.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or access the platform.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting pricing errors in a coordinated manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity related to corruption in sport.
• Attempting to launder money or use no999 for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing promotions in a way that is clearly not in the spirit of the offer — including systematic bonus-hunting across linked accounts.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another user's account or interfering with the platform's technical systems.

no999 cooperates with relevant authorities on matters relating to financial crime and match-fixing. Where there is credible evidence of prohibited conduct, accounts may be frozen and relevant information shared with appropriate parties.

no999 takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should be an enjoyable activity done within your personal financial limits. The platform provides several tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately — increases take a cooling-off period to take effect.
• Session Reminders: Set a time reminder so you are alerted after a certain duration of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period. During self-exclusion, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive promotional communications.

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank.
• Inaccurate information you provide during registration or verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no999's total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose.
